Collections London online store purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Exchange or refunds are offered providing the items have not be worn and the tags remain
on the garment in the original packaging. Collections London does not offer free returns

therefore any returns postage fees will not be refunded.

Please take care when trying on your items as any garments with blemishes such as: fake
tan, make up, aerosols or skin products etc. will not be refunded or exchanged.
Footwear must be tried on indoors as any discoloration, marks or scuffs on the item will not

be eligible for return.

Bodysuits are not returnable for exchange nor refund due to hygiene reasons.
Sales items can be returned for exchange only. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note with a name and order

number to allow us to process your return.

Collections London does NOT take responsibility for any lost items during delivery and
therefore recommends the customer retain proof of delivery purchase. Collections London
recommends using tracked Royal Mail delivery service, however the choice is at the

customers discretion.
